Year 2 enjoyed a visit from Jenny and Joanne today. Jenny and Joanne are both Nurses. It was fantastic to be able to find out about the role of a Nurse and how to help people who aren’t very well. Thank you Jenny and Joanne! ⭐️

Year 5 enjoyed a visit from Dani who is a diver and snorkelling instructor at Skegness Aquarium. She delivered a really informative, interesting and inspirational talk about her job! Thank you Dani! ⭐️

This morning, EYFS enjoyed a visit from Layla and her two Motocross bikes! Layla talked to the children about her Motocross hobby and about her apprenticeship as a Mechanic too. It was very exciting to be able to look at her bikes and all of her accessories! Thank you Layla!

It is going to be very warm today! Pease can we ask you to...

- Provide a sunhat for your child,
- Apply sun cream before the school day,
- Send your child with a refillable water bottle.

In addition to this, if you feel your child would be more comfortable, please send them in school PE kit for the remainder of the week. Please ensure the shorts are comfortable and an appropriate length.

Please be reassured that measures such as reduced PE sessions, whole school assemblies, appropriate ventilation and regular hydration breaks will be implemented at this time.

Year 1 had a visit from Mrs Foxwell and Mrs Cabourn today. They really enjoyed finding out about the role of a School Crossing Patrol Officer. Look at the amazing lollipop sticks that they made too! Brilliant work Year 1! ⭐️

It’s ‘Careers Week’ this week! We have an exciting week planned for the children! A range of visitors will be coming into school to talk about their jobs,
and we will ending the week with a ‘Little People Big Dreams Non-Uniform’ day! ⭐️
