Everyone after the finally finished their first session back in the gym tomorrow be like.......

For real though if you’ve been itching to get back, great
But in terms of lifting make sure to walk before you run
3 things to focus on when coming back to the gym
⭐️ Train full body! With a focus on the main compound lifts
⭐️ Make sure you are developing excellent technique within these lifts beyond anything else
⭐️Follow a plan! Find a decent program that takes you from where you are at now, to your goals
