The Instructor's Course in Farnham - April 12th 2026. Thanks to all those who attended.

To remind you that once again we have our special guest instructor, Sensei Rob Howells 7th Dan taking the adults' class tomorrow night (Thursday 9th April) 7:00pm to 8:30pm. At still an astonishingly low price of ten pounds.
This will take place in The Theatre and NOT in The Main Hall.
All grades welcome, see you there.

The New Year Course 2026 - Farnham, Surrey.

We said farewell to our inspirational "Jion" Aldershot Karate Academy instructor, Dr Graham Hopkins yesterday, Monday 1st December 2025.
He founded our club "Jion" in 1991.
He had more letters after his name than most have in them & his list of achievements seemed endless.

Commanding Officer at Headley Court
President & Founder of Army Martial Arts Association & Combined Services Martial Arts Association.
Above all, he was a true gentleman & possibly the nicest person you could ever wish to meet.
RIP Sensei Hopkins.
We will remember you each time we step into the dojo.

Just so you know, The New Year Course has most definitely NOT been cancelled. But will take place in Farnham as scheduled.
