Chichester Cathedral Flower Festival 2026

Well we did it. Our Chichester Flower Festival installation is finished and is ready for you to see from 3rd - 6th June at Chichester Cathedral
Huge thanks to Southeast Flowers Limited for the gorgeous flowers we were given to use.
Full photos to be posted later in the week after the festival has closed so not to spoil the surprise.

Meadows and birch baskets were the order of the day last Saturday. A creative day with thanks to Pip Bensley for tutoring.

Save the date -Saturday 20th June 11am-4.30pm. Over 50 floral exhibits, tombola, lunches, tea and cakes.

Gill McGregor and the Easter Bunny paid us a visit last night at our April meeting. The stage look absolutely delicious at the end of her demo.

A few still life designs from last weeks club night. We were asked to bring items for the title “Hobbies”.
Big thanks to Jane Rickard for tutoring the session - we all learnt a lot.

We had a wonderful afternoon at our open meeting with Mark Entwistle and his demo ‘Twas The Night Before.. at the beginning of the month. The stage looked incredible and a packed hall thoroughly enjoyed the demo.

It’s beginning to look a bit like Christmas…….. at club night on Thursday we decorated the tree (s). We were each provided with a hand made branch and log tree to decorate as we wished. Let the festivities begin

Congratulations to Nina Eglington and Linda Buckett for representing AFDC and getting 1st place for Autumn Glory in the Inter Society class at Bookham club show yesterday.
