After many hours of hard work by my son, the website is now up and running and looking very professional - please drop in and take a look!
This means that we are now open to bookings and answering questions you have about Neurodiversity assessments or support in schools.
Home | Certified Independen Specialise in providing comprehensive support for children and adults who require educational assessments and neurodiversity evaluations. With a deep commitment to empowering individuals and families at affordable prices.
After 20 years of teaching and 6 years as a SENCo and Senior Leader in mainstream schools, I have decided to branch out and help schools and parents in more ways, by filling some of the gaps in the provision available to support children with SEND needs. Children often have to wait up to 4 years for a CAMHS ADHD/ASC diagnosis and the only way to get a Dyslexia diagnosis is to go private, wait six months, and then pay between £1500 - £2000. In the meantime, depending on the provision available in their school, many children are left struggling with their needs unmet.
And what if you don't want a diagnosis for your child as you don't want them labelled - most schools don't have the staffing levels or specialism needed to investigate neurodiverse traits or complete a wide range of standard educational testing to pinpoint clearly where their areas of strengths and weaknesses are.
I will be using all the learning from my Masters in Education (SEND) to complete standardised testing with children, writing clear strategies for teachers to use in school to support them, and to ensure that they support they need is clearly identified.
I will also be helping parents to write EHCP applications, based on the outcomes from the testing, to ensure that children get all the support they need, in the right learning environment.
The website will be going live in the next week or so - please pop along and have a look, any feedback will be welcome.
Looking forward to a new challenge!
