💥 Smashing goals alert 💥

Congratulations to my amazing client who came to
me 17 weeks ago with a goal of being Ibiza ready.
Through dedication with her diet and training hard
she has completely smashed it!

She looks and feels amazing and her journey is far
from over as she landed back in the UK Sunday and
was back training with me yesterday planning the
next set of goals 👊

It's fantastic seeing results and knowing your client
wants it as much as you do. Also receiving gifts is a definite perk! 🍸😘 x

As a 52 year-old, I know more than most that the body starts to unravel if you do not remain physically active and incorporating a weight training regime into that physical activity has massive benefits.

Introducing a disciplined routine of weight training two to three times a week provides the necessary
stimulus for the increase of bone density, muscle mass, muscle strength and balance.

It can also help you manage weight loss, increase your metabolism to help you burn more calories, improve your ability to do everyday activities and also protect your joints from injury.

Happy Friday everyone. So good to have a four day
working week 😜

So I'm a real planning and routine kind of person so
structuring my training around work and home life
is essential to me. When a decision is made to
make a lifestyle change planning is essential. Over
committing or not having a plan can lead to
disappointment.

This week has been 3 x cardio, 3 x strength, 2 days
rest and over 10,000 steps per day (having dogs does help with this one).

I had a plan and I'm still here sticking to it and I can
help you too! PM me for more details X

So today consisted on training back and biceps and a 11km walk in the ☀️ with a stop off for brunch with a friend.

Walking is tremendously beneficial as it improves overall fitness, cardiac health, helps alleviates depression and fatigue, improves mood, creates less stress on joints and can help with weight loss.

Even on my rest days I always aim to get the recommended 10,000 steps in! Every little helps!
