As the children have been playing with all the animals, we made a spare of the moment choice and took a visit to Cotswold Wildlife Park to see many of the animals and reptiles.

A day out visiting Fairytale Farm Chipping Norton, the children absolutely loved it. Seeing the animals to holding a guinea pig and rabbit. Taking great turns even though one child wanted to bring her one home. Play areas where great

Two of our friends were a little under the weather today so they stayed at home for mummy cuddles, hope they get better soon. So with the other two we did some baking of oat and raisin cookies. This was great for a child who isn’t keen on getting messy, the other said I need big strong muscles to get this mixed

Another beautiful day. First we went to our toddler group we attend on a Thursday morning, followed by a trip to Hanbury Hall & Gardens for our lunch and explore. Yes the children found a worm and decided to chasing me with it, knowing I don’t like them as they make me gag. Then they thought let’s pat down a mole hill before heading to the play area, helping our friends over come and obstacle

I haven’t posted for a while but with the weather getting better we ventured to a new place today Batsford Arboretum / Garden Centre what a beautiful place to walk around.
The children took in all the aspects of spring appearing from daffodils, to buds and blossom on the tree. We even spotted some frogspawn in the stream. We heard a woodpecker in the trees along with the pheasant calling out to each other. They even spotted them crossing the paths in front of us.

🌼 Why Childminders Can Sometimes Work Better for Families Than Nursery 🌼

Every family is different, and that’s the lovely thing about childcare. For some, a nursery is perfect. For others, a childminder just fits better.

Childminders offer that cosy “home from home” feeling, smaller groups, and the chance for children to build really strong bonds with one key adult. It can feel more relaxed, more flexible and a little more personal.

Some families love that their child gets real life experiences while they're at work, the park, the library, playgroups, baking, walks all part of the daily routine. And for little ones who prefer quieter spaces or more one to one interaction, a childminder can be the best option.

There’s no right or wrong. just what suits your child and your family best. 💛🩷💙
