Love this .. we all have friends that come like seasons and that’s how it should be . We all change. Move forwards where there’s no common relatable situation so drift apart .. and always loved the memories made.
But showing up vulnerable, broken, displaced or bewildered and being accepted is precious.

I really enjoyed this and as some things do, it intrigues me into research around current thinking about this season of my life that is at times feels hopeless.
But I’ve learned that as with everything, you need to make and take action on what’s specific to you.
I always share what I find helpful. And I have a respect for this way of looking at ‘me’ in menopause. 💗
