Loved this as a visualisation of how many of us approach goals.
We see the end objective and it can be overwhelming to the point we are afraid to start working towards what we truly want.

6/6 Breath work is simple to grasp whilst being highly effective.
The workshop I have developed could be delivered to any business where staff may feel under pressure.

The techniques is also very effective in the recovery from long covid be that staff of someone you know.

I can deliver the learning in person through Scotlands Central belt or via zoom.

Also would be of benefit working with teachers for their own well being or as an effective tool to help calm an anxious child.
