To celebrate Scotland’s participation in the Men’s World Cup we will be having a fun-filled afternoon on Friday 12th June. To make the event extra special, we invite all children to dress down in something to represent their home country. This could be traditional clothing, national team colours or fun accessories. Please note whilst national football strips are allowed, club team colours are not permitted.
During the day class teachers will organise fun activities to celebrate this international sporting event. We hope this will be an enjoyable experience for all our pupils and give them the chance to learn, celebrate and show their team spirit. As we know all too well this occasion may not come around again for a very long time! Thank you for your continued support.

The Tollbrae PTA is delighted to contribute £500 towards our Primary 7 pupils’ Leavers’ Day Out to M&D’s.

As our P7s prepare to leave Tollbrae and begin their next exciting chapter, we wanted to help make their final days at primary school extra special and memorable.

We hope they have a fantastic day filled with fun, laughter and lasting memories with their friends.

A huge thank you to everyone who supports the PTA throughout the year. Your fundraising efforts and generosity allow us to support experiences like this for our children.

We wish all of our Primary 7 pupils the very best for the future and hope they enjoy every minute of their Leavers’ Day Out! 💜

As a special gift, every P1 pupil will receive a purple drawstring bag containing a water bottle, reading book, pencil case, pencil and rubber to help them start their school journey.

We hope these gifts help make the transition to primary school a little more exciting and show our new families how pleased we are to have them join our school community.

• Monday 8th and Tuesday 9th June-P7 Airdrie Academy Visit
• Wednesday 10th June-B10 visit to Riverside Museum
• Wednesday 10th June- Final transition visit for new P1 children and their parents 1.30-2.30pm (school hall and P1 classrooms)
• Thursday 11th June-Nursery Parent’s Evening 3.00-5pm (nursery playrooms)
• Friday 12th June-Tollbrae’s Friday Fanzone (whole school-letter to follow)

We are looking forward to sharing in the above events with our children throughout the month of June.
For any parents and carers attending events, can we share a polite reminder that there are lots of events going on between both school so, if possible, please walk and avoid using car park.
Tollbrae and St.Edward’s Primaries and Nurseries will re-open to pupils on Wednesday 12th August 2026 at 9am.
