RESULTS ARE IN!!! I worked with 3 National 5 Mathematics exam candidates this year and I'm so proud to say that all 3 of them achieved an A!!!

Their glowing results speak for themselves, but I have to say that these girls are all, in their own unique ways, talented, determined, resilient and extremely hard-working and deserve extremely bright and successful futures! After so many years together (I started with two of them when they were mere babies) I will miss working with them and watching them grow into wonderful young adults, but I know all 3 of them have great things ahead and I feel privileged to have played a part in their journey!

I hope today is a day of pride and celebration and relief for you all. Pupils and parents alike! But if, when you open that big envelope, you don't get quite what you hoped for; just breathe. Today is only a day. It is only one step on a life-long journey that lets your story unfold.

No matter what results you get today, it's the next step forward you take that counts. Good luck to all of you; not for what the envelope contains, but for whatever your future holds ❤️

My Services

I primarily provide one-to-one support to children aged 5 to 16, teaching literacy, maths and english. Both online and in person in my local area.

I have experience working with children with a variety of additional support needs and tailor what I do to suit each individual. I have worked with gifted learners and supported candidates preparing for private school entry exams.

I tutor to National 5 exam level in both Maths and Applications of Maths.

But did you know I also provide many other services, such as:

🌟 Learning English through Play for pre-schoolers with English as a second language.

🌟 Proof-reading, including academic essays; particularly for students for whom English is their second language.

🌟 Adult learning; working to improve maths skills prior to entering further education, or working towards specific entry exams such as the police.

🌟 Small group sessions with peers; if your child has a friend(s) working at a similar level and would prefer to work in small groups sessions, I am happy to teach in this way.

After 7 brilliant years building my business, I have finally got round to beginning an online presence! Took me long enough! I have been blessed with a wonderful client base who have repeatedly recommended me and kept me very busy, for which I'm endlessly grateful. But an online presence is long overdue; both for reaching potential new clients, and for recording our collective successes!
