For anyone who has one of these?
URGENT RECALL: Maxi-Cosi is voluntarily recalling Family Fix Slide Pro Base seats manufactured between 6 September 2025 and 24 March 2026.
The car seat base can pose a risk of injuries to children because of a malfunctioning safety indicator, which can falsely indicate the seat is connected when it is actually not.
This could cause the seat to move or detach, potentially injuring the occupant.
Anyone with this car seat base can use the Maxi Cosi online tool to check if their model is affected, and if so, they should stop using it immediately and wait for a new one to be sent from Maxi Cosi.
