Yesterday I was trying to up my Chinese Food game and make Char Sui Pork.

I used the wrong cut of meat but it didn't take away from the taste, it was exactly like any Chinese takeaway or restaurant.

The marinade along with cooked portions are now available to purchase. Both can be frozen

Pop me a message if interested in either. Prices on cooked portions will be dependant on the size of the pork fillet required

Now things are a little less hectic after moving, I am back into the swing of things.

This week I am making batches of large spring rolls. These are more chop suey roll size.

£5 for 3, already cooked. Suitable for freezing and can leave uncooked if preferred. I have 3 portions left today.

Please note all contain dairy and may contain traces of nuts where nuts are not a primary ingredient. Any allergies must be stated on ordering to avoid contact where possible. Shelf life 5 days refrigerated. Cheesecakes can be frozen.

It's been a while since I have posted. I decided to take a little time to myself and focus on me and the kids. Long story short, a friend of mine passed away suddenly before Xmas and it made me realise how short life is.

I am back now though, more determined than ever and ready to make him proud.

I am just putting the final options together and by the weekend will have the order books open for Mother's Day afternoon tea boxes AND Easter Egg Cheesecakes.... So keep an eye out for the posts.

As I am only one person, numbers will be limited on both ❤️

Things are slower than usual, sickness and chest infection has hit. I've tried to reply to everyone who has messaged.

I didn't even see the match last night, that's not normal!

Little Jabbiella will still be off school tomorrow but 🤞🏼 I'll be back. Early night, honey and lemon and my bestie "Vicks" is what I need.
