🌱 We’re hiring: Deputy Nursery Manager

📍 Location: First Steps (BB5 1SP)
🕒 Hours: (37 hrs)
📅 Contract: Term Time

We’re looking for a confident and enthusiastic Deputy Nursery Manager to join Adventure Hyndburn.

You’ll support the Nursery Manager in leading a warm, nurturing and high-quality early years setting where children aged 0–5 can learn, grow and thrive.

✨ What you’ll be doing
• Supporting the day-to-day running of the nursery
• Working directly with children in practice
• Helping lead and support a great team
• Supporting safeguarding and quality standards
• Working with families and professionals
• Helping improve and develop practice across the setting

🌱 What we’re looking for
• Full and relevant level 3 Early Years qualification
• Experience working in early years
• Some leadership or supervisory experience
• A positive, supportive and flexible approach
• Good understanding of EYFS and safeguarding

Keeping everyone fed through the school holidays can be hard, here are some organisations that can makes things a little easier.

Nursery is open however we are keeping this under review and monitoring the temperature of the rooms and how the children are coping, if the temperatures become uncomfortable we will be ringing parents to collect to ensure children's safety, it is our recommendation to keep children at home where possible/ collect early.☺️
