Despite the wet weather we’ve managed to have plenty of fun outdoors, we’ve dried our coats numerous times, enjoyed a morning at adventure city, made some dairy free two ingredient donuts, practiced cutting, made a start on some Father’s Day crafts, loads of singing, counting, free play (can’t tell you how many babies I’ve delivered this week 🤰 😂) and spending lots of time socialising with our friends. We’ve drawn, coloured, practiced our names, danced with Danny go, looked at left and right, talked about nettles and looked at lots of animals that live in the ocean. Here’s hoping for some sun and less windy days next week so we can take crafts outside without them blowing away 😂

June is all about 30 days wild, we’ve explored flowers, started looking at insects, gymnastics, outdoor play and playgroup. Loads of singing, free play and the boxes were back in action, so many ways to play.

What to do on two hot school holiday days that work around a few chores and build on what we’ve been working on……
What a week! We’ve had a blast and almost there with our pipette use, learnt more about hives and honey, had fun with friends, working together, sharing, problem solving, singing and birthday celebrating a 4th birthday. alongside a bonus gymnastics session.
Thanks for sharing the fun

This week we took inspiration from national bee 🐝 day on Wednesday. Counting, learning about bees, colours, hives, we used our bee bot and had lots of bee stories. We also spent lots of time exploring nature but it was a bit chilly for bees till Friday and still didn’t see any but we were busy balancing, playing, building on our strengths and confidence. We took a walk to the chip shop
Near the park for a treat but they were closed so popped into the local convenience where the boys chose some lunch to go with the fruit and snacks we had taken.
Happy weekend and half term. See some of you next week and some in a weeks time. X

We continued with our Earth 🌎 🦓 🌊 theme and have played sharks, made lots of sea pictures, looked at water plants, visited a pet shop with lots of fish and other pets in. Playgroup, park with friends and all swam around like different sea animals for a fish food reward (fish shaped sweet lol), did some scissor practice pictures, garden play, had a nature walked and looked at a pond. Read the story Barry the fish with fingers and made a fish taco type lunch.
Think we were all ready for the weekend. X

A week about animals, size, land, water, earth, 100 and of course David Attenborough. We’ve done animal songs, had animals on the tv, in our play, looked at numbers. Nature, parks, life cycle talks, colouring.
