Last week at Raza Academy our students and teachers took part in Hajj Week where they learned about this important pillar of Islam.

The students worked together to build fantastic models of the Ka'bah, Maqam Ibrahim, the Well of Zam Zam, Jamaraat, Mount Saffa & Marwah.

The students had a lot of fun taking part in a practice of the Hajj rituals whilst also learning about their significance.

Hajj Mubarak and Eid Mubarak from all students, staff and committee of Raza Academy!

Alhamdulillah all classes have now resumed at Raza Academy.

All health and safety precautions have been taken in response to Covid19 to ensure a safe and secure learning environment for our children. Students were educated about the new safety measures and instructed to maintain strict social distancing at all times. As part of these measures, children pray Salah in their classes separate from the general public.

Parents are requested to ensure their child brings their own Musalah/prayer-mat to sit on and use during Salah. The use of face masks is not mandatory but children are permitted to wear them if they wish.

Children must use the toilet, perform their Wudhu and drink water at home before coming to the Madrasah.

Parents are requested to maintain social distancing when dropping / collecting their children outside the Madrasah.
