🍓🍌🥝 Year 3 had a fantastic time making fruity yoghurt today!

The children carefully prepared and mixed a variety of delicious fruits to create their own healthy and colourful yoghurt treats. They enjoyed exploring different flavours, practising their food preparation skills, and learning about healthy eating.

Everyone showed great enthusiasm and teamwork, and the finished yoghurts looked (and tasted!) amazing. Well done, Year 3! 👏

🐀🐱🎭 Year 3 have been bringing The Pied Piper to life during Guided Reading!

The children had lots of fun acting out scenes from the story, taking on the roles of rats, cats, and even the Mayor. Through drama and role-play, they explored the characters and events in an engaging and memorable way while developing their understanding of the text.

It was wonderful to see such enthusiasm, creativity, and confidence from everyone involved. Well done, Year 3! ⭐📚

We welcomed our Reception 2026 starters into school this morning for a teddy bears picnic! Mrs McGuigan had the chance to introduce herself to our new parents and the children. They all enjoyed the lovely snacks after they had played and listened to a story together.

We can't wait for you all to join our school!

⭐Friday's Lunch Choices ⭐

As part of our Feast of the Sacred Heart we focused on our mission statement Let the Love of Christ show in all that we do. Children wrote or drew different ways how they can follow our Mission Statement

Our netball team showed amazing efffort and teamwork , winning 3 matches, drawing 1 and losing only 1 . 3rd place to finish our last competition of the year!

Well done to the players and big thank you to their friends and family who came to cheer them on ! 👏👏

⭐ Thursday's Lunch Choices ⭐

On Friday Sacred Heart came together and celebrated the Feast of the Sacred Heart. Children took part in Mass and our Jesus Christ statue was blessed by Father O'brien.

It was Reception & KS1's turn for sports day yesterday and we had a great time. All the children enjoyed the traditional races and had a fun afternoon!
