We have had the most amazing time celebrating with everyone over the last couple of days.

To our incredible team at Long Wittenham Pre-School. There are not enough words to describe how grateful we are for you. You are a safe place away from home, and offer so much comfort, care and compassion to what you do! Whether you are tying the 10th pair of shoes laces, comforting a child in crisis or answering but why for the 100th time in a day, you do it with grace and patience!
The children are so lucky to have you, as am I.
I could not wish for a better team to guide us through each day and I would like to say a huge Thank you for everything that you do!

The moment we’ve been waiting for has officially arrived—it's the absolute last day of preschool!

What an absolute milestone! Going from finger-painting pioneers to official pre-school graduates is a big deal.
Today is all about celebrating the laughter, the growth, and the endless energy that brought everyone to us.

​🏰 The Official "Fun Day" Checklist

​To ensure maximum joy, here is the itinerary for all of our children today:
​Spend as much time as physically possible bouncing on that bouncy castle.

​Strike your absolute silliest poses with your friends. These photos are going to be gold mines for future graduation sideshows.

​Collect the Memories: Hug your friends, share your favorite toys one last time, and soak in the sunshine.

​High-Five the Grown-Ups: You'll have no idea just how much they'll miss you all!

​To the Graduates: You might be moving on to big school soon, but today, you are the absolute kings and queens of the castle. Have the most magical, high-flying, laughter-filled day. You've earned every single bounce! 🎉

​As you walk your little ones through our doors for the last time this week, take a moment to look back at how much they’ve grown.
From those first hesitant drop-offs to the confident, independent leaders they are today, they have blossomed so much.

​We have a wonderful final week in store for you all, packed with memory-making moments. We can’t wait to cap it all off with our incredible graduation ceremony and party day! 🎉🎓

​We had the absolute pleasure of hosting the wonderful Rosie from Little Cities recently, and what a fantastic day it was! 🎨🚗

​Our little explorers had the best time diving into their own mini-worlds, fueling their imaginations, and bringing so much creative energy to the room. From rescue missions to shopkeeping, the role-play adventures were endless!

​A huge thank you to Rosie for bringing the magic of Little Cities to us. The smiles on everyone's faces said it all. 🥰

☀️ What a week! ☀️

​We want to say a massive thank you to everyone for your incredible understanding and cooperation during this week’s heatwave red alert and our temporary 12pm finishes.

​Here is how we got through the heat:

​Our Amazing Children: The children have been absolutely brilliant! They did a fantastic job staying cool with lots of water play, and of course, plenty of ice lollies and ice poles! 🍦💦

​Our Wonderful Parents: Thank you so much for your ongoing support of our team, and a special shout-out for the delivery of cold Costas—they truly got us through the day! ☕️🧊

​Our Superhero Staff: A huge thank you to our staff for their endless care and hard work to keep both the setting and the children cool and comfortable. Being a pack-away preschool in this heat makes the daily unpacking and packing away so much harder, so an extra well done to you all for pushing through! 💪🌟
