Meet Ollie! Ollie has been working in the outdoor industry for over 12 years and says; "To me it’s the best job in the world as I get to share my passion for the outdoors with others. It’s also great working with young people and seeing them grow and gain confidence in themselves. When I’m not working I spend my time in the water either on the river or sea, kayaking."
