Just what I needed, thank you team.

We welcomed Kate, Jodie & Aga to team Abingdon this evening, great work ladies.

Watching all your faces as you processed the knee lift and jab combo was priceless 👀 but we nailed it in the end!!

Next week is fully booked with a waiting list. Get yourself added if you’ve missed out.

CHRISTMAS 🎄

Team, whilst I was away, some of decided you’d like to go to Ma Cherie, Abingdon for our Christmas get together.

I am just back from my holiday so waiting to get samples of menus but I know that it’s £25 for three plates but what these include I’m unsure, will find out.

I think confirmation is needed quite soon, perhaps by the end of next week so I’m sorry it’s quite short notice. If you would like to join us please message me or let me know in class Wednesday. I should have what’s on offer by then.

📅 Saturday 12th December, 2pm.

Absolute power houses, the lot of you.

Thank you for always showing up and allowing me to motivate and push you, sometimes this means pushing you out of your comfort zones but that’s where the magic happens!
