Meet Damian! Damian joined the Boughton Woods team in 2023 as a Camp Leader and, through his passion, dedication, and leadership, has worked his way up to become our Customer Experience Manager.

When he's not ensuring every visitor has an unforgettable experience, Damian represents Great Britain in ultra-marathon events, pushing his limits on some of the toughest endurance challenges around. He also loves spending quality time with his three children, making memories and enjoying family adventures together.

Damian's favourite bushcraft activity is Camo & Concealment, a skill that takes him back to his time serving in the Army and allows him to share his experience and enthusiasm with our guests.

Meet Natasha! Natasha has almost a decade working with children in a range of settings and it all started as a Tribe and Camp Leader for The Bushcraft Company in 2017! Natasha returned to us in 2024 as a Recruitment Coordinator, and is now proud to continue developing her career with us, currently as one of our Estate Managers and our Recruitment Manager. Natasha's favourite part of her role is developing staff to reach the best of their abilities to then inspire young people!

Meet Ben! Our Customer Experience Manager at The Bushcraft Company's Castle Howard site, where he has been making sure every child has an unforgettable trip for just over two years. When he's not at work, Ben can be found skiing or hiking and his favourite activity to do with the children is fire lighting. That first spark never gets old!
