In simple terms:
• A fragile system breaks under stress.
• A resilient one bends and recovers.
• An anti-fragile one grows stronger because of stress.
Resilience helps us recover. Anti-fragility helps us improve.
This is unlikely to make it into the CIPS Syllabus for November (I mean 2030!)
