Jasmine studied Computer Science at Aberystwyth University, graduating this year. “From modelling persistent data to understanding more about the Agile Manifesto, this course has prepared me for the outside world,” said Jasmine. “I would highly recommend a placement year for its hands-on learning and growth opportunities.” Jasmine’s industrial year was at UBS as a Software Engineer. Thomas studied Computer Science at Aberystwyth University. “Aberystwyth was a very impulsive choice for me as I had never visited Wales before coming here,” said Thomas. “I can now say however it was one of the best choices of my life.” Thomas’ industrial year was as an IT Analyst for G-Research, a financial tech company.
