Hello beautiful people, I trust you are well and you don't mind me dropping in like this..

As you may know for about the last 10 years I've been running a tai chi school.

Later this year a small group of us are planning a trip to train in a renowned tai chi school in Yangshou, Southern China.

What started as a crazy idea and a bit of a joke in class one evening is becoming a reality. We raised over £350 in less than a week and we are now just over £700 but we still need help to achieve our goal and that is for 5 of us to attend the Long Tou Tai Chi School. 2 instructors (I have invited more) and 1 student are committed to this task.
It'll be pretty full on training, 4hrs in the morning and 2hrs in the afternoon, 6 days a week, for 3 weeks.

Just think what that will bring to our community back here in Wales.

I'm really excited by this. And I get to talk to loads of people.
