Dentra Training has been providing good quality health and safety training for some considerable time. During this period, companies from many types of industry have been catered for. These range from steel production to bottled drinks to road works. The range of courses offered cover a very wide field which gives a company the opportunity to place most if not all training requirements with one su
pplier. In general there are ranges of training which cover specific types of industry eg civil engineering, mechanical engineering and general factory work. In House courses are offered to suit the needs and requirements of the customer, however courses are presented in a format which follows best practice and any relevant codes of practice available. Courses are updated on a regular basis in order to maintain standards and to keep abreast of developments with equipment etc. Flexibility is a key constituent of the company "just ask" being a common term used when customers request information or has specific needs like early start times. Course contents are available for potential customers to view, a request to the office for information will be followed, generally within minutes, by an e-mail containing the required course information. All attendees of training courses provided by Dentra Training will be provided with a handout which covers the topic presented. A certificate of attendance or training standard obtained will be provided in every case. Dentra Training hold a database of all the training carried out by the company and customers are e-mailed some weeks prior to the requirement of the need for refresher courses for those trainees. In general this is every three years, a noticeable exception being Asbestos Awareness where the requirement is every year.
