One of the hardest parts of building a team is knowing that sometimes the people you grow to love will outgrow the place where they started—and that’s exactly as it should be. Recently, we’ve said goodbye to two amazing members of our team. Of course, there have been tears, hugs and a huge sense of loss because they have each left their own mark on our nursery. But beneath that sadness is an overwhelming feeling of pride.

I’ve always believed that my role isn’t to keep people with me forever; it’s to help them become the very best version of themselves, even if that means their journey takes them somewhere new. It’s no different to the promise we make to every child who walks through our doors. We nurture them, encourage them, build their confidence and give them the wings to fly. We celebrate when they move on to school, knowing we’ve played a small part in preparing them for their next adventure. Why should it be any different for the adults who become part of our family?

Watching people grow, gain confidence and have the courage to follow their dreams is one of the greatest privileges of what I do. So whilst their absence will be felt every single day, my heart is full knowing they’re chasing opportunities that are right for them. They’ll always have a place in the Bobl Bach Clare family, and I’ll always be cheering them on from afar. Because real success isn’t measured by how many people stay—it’s measured by how many people leave believing in themselves a little more than when they arrived 💚

I am so excited to introduce Brooke who’ll be joining the Bobl Bach Clare family in September to begin her Level 2 Childcare Apprenticeship. 💚

At just 16, Brooke is already bringing a lovely depth of experience and knowledge of childcare with her. Having grown up spending lots of time around children, she’s discovered a real passion for caring for and supporting children during those all-important early years — and we’re delighted that she’s chosen to begin her childcare journey with us.

We also want to give Brooke a huge congratulations for absolutely smashing her GCSEs! 🎉👏 What an achievement, and what a fantastic way to head into this exciting next chapter.

September will be the start of a whole new adventure for you Brooke, and we’re looking forward to watching you learn, develop your skills and grow in confidence as you work towards your qualification.

A VERY SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT 💚

Today we have some very exciting, but also very emotional news to share…

Our much-loved childcare assistant Keira is leaving us to embark on an incredible new chapter of her life — she is moving to Bali! 🇮🇩🌺

Keira, we honestly couldn’t be prouder of you. It takes an enormous amount of bravery, courage and belief in yourself to make such a huge life-changing decision, step outside of everything familiar and follow your heart. And that is exactly what makes this next adventure so incredibly special 💚 🌴

For our children, Keira will leave behind something far more meaningful than memories of the fun, laughter and love she has shared with them. She leaves them with a real-life example of what it means to dream big, be brave and follow your aspirations. 🌈

At Bobl Bach Clare, we want our children to grow up believing that their dreams matter, that the world is full of possibilities and that it is okay to take a different path and create a life that makes them happy.

Keira is now showing them exactly that!!

We know that one day, years from now, our children may look back and remember the amazing people who helped shape their early years — and Keira will always be one of those people. Her courage to follow her own dreams will continue to be a wonderful example to them for generations to come.

Keira, thank you for everything you have given to our children, our families and our Bobl Bach Clare family 💚 (suitcase packed to visit when you’re settled!!)

We are going to miss you more than you know, but we are also SO excited to watch you begin this incredible adventure.

As we come to the end of another wonderful term, I just wanted to say a heartfelt thank you on behalf of myself and my incredible team to every one of you.

This week we have been truly spoilt by the kindness and generosity of our amazing families. Your thoughtful gifts, cards and lovely words mean more than you’ll ever know.

A special goodbye goes to those of our little ones who are now heading off to BIG SCHOOL. A special mention to Layke, Darcie, Kyra Leigh, Erin, Lyla and Maeva who are starting BIG SCHOOL in September good luck team you’re gonna smash it!!

Watching you grow in confidence, make friendships and become ready for your next adventure has been such a privilege. While it’s never easy to say goodbye, we couldn’t be prouder of each and every one of you. We wish you all the happiness and success in this exciting new chapter.

Every single day we are grateful that you chose Bobl Bach Clare to be part of your children’s early years. Caring for your little ones is a privilege that we never take for granted, and we genuinely love what we do.

Our first term in Trinant has been one we’ll never forget. It hasn’t always been easy—we’ve had our fair share of challenges, a few bumps in the road and plenty of chaotic moments—but together we’ve built something really special. Our team has worked tirelessly, our families have supported us every step of the way, and what we’ve achieved in such a short time makes me incredibly proud.

Seeing so many new families come to us through your recommendations has been the biggest compliment we could receive. We are especially proud to be recognised as one of the local settings that truly supports children and families with additional needs. That trust means the world to us, and we promise to continue giving every child the love, care and opportunities they deserve.

Thank you for believing in us, supporting us and allowing us to be such an important part of your children’s journeys.

Have the most wonderful summer making precious memories together. We can’t wait to welcome everyone back in September for another year full of laughter, learning, adventures and magical moments.

Tonight our hearts are heavy following the tragic loss of a beautiful young girl from our community.

When the world already feels uncertain and overwhelming, news such as this touches us all deeply. It reminds us how closely connected our community is and how profoundly the loss of one young life can be felt by so many.

Today, we stand alongside Lily’s family, friends, school, neighbours and everyone affected by this unimaginable tragedy. We cannot begin to understand the pain they are experiencing, but we want them to know that they are in our thoughts and prayers.

At times like these, communities come together to support one another, to show kindness, compassion and strength. We hope that those who are grieving find comfort in the love that surrounds them and in the knowledge that the entire community is holding them close.

From everyone at Bobl Bach Clare, we extend our deepest condolences and heartfelt sympathy to all who knew and loved her. If we can support anyone affected by this tragedy please reach out ❤️
