It was great catching up with Alex from Orets Limited today. PMA Abergele is proud to sponsor his daughter Lauren’s football team, Llandudno FC Grassroots. Supporting local youth sport and helping young players develop their skills is something we’re delighted to be part of. ⚽👏

🥾⛰️ On Sunday 12th July, myself (Jack), Sacha Jane Jourdain and a group of my students from PMA Abergele - Martial Arts & Fitness will be taking on Snowdon to raise money in memory of Sydney Croía Trinn Brennan, the daughter of one of our students, Stephen Brennan

This fundraiser will help provide support for bereaved families through memory boxes and bereavement services, while also giving back to those charities & people who helped Sydney’s family during the most difficult time of their lives.

If you’re able to donate, no matter how small, it would mean a lot to Stephen, Willow Brennan | Willow Derm-Aesthetics Skin Clinic and their family.

Huge well done to Lili & Mabli for undergoing the black belt test this morning to earn their Junior 1st Dan Black Belts. 5+ years of hard work, consistency and dedication. Well done girls.

Amazing standard as always from Mike who earned his Junior 3rd Dan today 👏 I’ve known Mike since he first started Little Dragons at the age of 4. Training 10+ years with us at PMA Abergele just shows how loyal and truly dedicated to the art.

Well done you 3, you’ve made me (Jack) and Sacha very proud.

The exam was tough and not only tested your abilities but also your character. Not giving up. Persevering. Being committed. Putting in the effort not only on the mats, but at home too.

✅ They’re not too old
✅ They do have the confidence
✅ They can achieve goals
✅ They can prove people wrong
