📍28A Market Street, Abergele Under the direction of Jack Jourdain, our programme combines practical, effective self defence techniques and functional fitness training with valuable life skills designed for students of all ages to lead healthier, safer and more productive lives. Timetable:

Kids Classes -

Little Dragons (ages 4-6) every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday at 4:15pm

Junior Kickboxing (ages 7-11) every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday at 4:50pm

Teen Kickboxing (ages 11-13) every Tuesday 5:30pm and Thursday 5:15pm

Kids Gracie Jiu Jitsu Self Defence (ages 7-13) every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 5:30pm

Adults Classes -

HABIT Fitness: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday at 6:00pm

Kickboxing: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday at 6:30pm

Gracie Jiu Jitsu Self Defence: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday at 7:30pm
