Following the fantastic response to this seminar at the UK Martial Arts Show, I’m excited to be bringing the Kicktionary Seminar to the Head of the Valleys TSD Dojang!

Whether you’re a complete beginner, a seasoned martial artist, young, old, flexible, or convinced your kicking days are behind you, this seminar is for you.

We’ll explore the “language of kicking” and discover how a handful of simple principles can unlock dozens of effective kicking techniques. Rather than memorising endless individual kicks, you’ll learn how kicks are connected, how they work, and how to adapt them for your own body, ability, and martial arts style.
