To support customers who still have no water in Abergavenny, we have set-up a bottled water station at the Premier Inn, Westgate House, Llanfoist, Abergavenny NP7 9LH.

We know this is really inconvenient but we’d like to thank our customers for bearing with us while we carry out this complicated repair.

Unfortunately, Acorn Centre will also be shut today as there is no running water . We will post an update later .

‼️ This 'Talking about: toileting with additional needs' event is now fully booked. Due to a huge amount of interest, we're currently looking into running another event soon, so please watch this space! ‼️

Join us for a webinar looking at how you can prepare and support your child with toileting if they have additional needs.

Wednesday 7th February from 12 noon to 2pm.

We will focus on the challenges they may meet and how you can support them in feeling comfortable using the toilet at a pace that reflects their needs.

Our Helpline Advisors will explain how to understand your child’s bowels, good bladder health, how to know when they are ready to toilet train and set them up for success.

We willl explore the sensory aspect of toileting and the difference the bathroom environment can make.

The session includes information around toileting routines, dealing with toilet avoidance and frustration.

We will share the resources and tools available to support you on this journey.

Our Family Services Team is hosting a FREE webinar on Tuesday 22nd August 19:00-20:30 (via zoom), for parents and carers to get information about how to support their children with toileting at school.

You'll find this webinar useful if your child:

🚽has struggled with becoming fully toilet trained,
🚽has a diagnosed continence condition,
🚽has additional needs that means they need extra support with toileting
🚽suffers with issues such as constipation or:
