The event is open to members of all clubs and organizations. As spaces are limited, we encourage you to secure your place early to avoid disappointment

Really strong effort in training yesterday everyone - well done, everyone! 😊🥋

How to find us... - Abergavenny Community Centre 16/01/2026

Just a quick reminder that there is no training tomorrow Saturday 17th January as the Holy Trinity Church Hall will be closed due to a kitchen renovation for the next 4 weeks.

For the next 4 weeks starting on Saturday 24th January 10am -11am our training will be at the Abergavenny Community Centre (where we had our Big Lunch and Picnics). Note there is a car park for the Centre access from Merthyr Road. https://abergavennycc.org/find-us/

See you all on the 24th! 😊🥋

How to find us... - Abergavenny Community Centre Google Map Abergavenny Community Centre is located a short distance from Abergavenny town. Please walk to the community centre, if at all possible. We have a car park for 15 cars. Access to the car park is via Merthyr Road (not Park Street). Please try and avoid parking in the local streets. Please....

Wishing all our amazing students, supportive parents and families a very Happy New Year! 🎉 We can’t wait to see everyone back when regular training resumes - 8th January for cadets and adults, and 10th January for children.

This was the scene as of 2pm yesterday — our basement decided to turn itself into a swimming pool. A solid 4ft of water swept through and kindly ruined a whole load of equipment we had safely tucked away in storage. The water’s now been pumped out and the glamorous clean-up operation has begun. (10/10 would not recommend.)

To help replace what we’ve lost and tackle the clean-up costs, we’ve decided to brave a WhatNot show tomorrow evening. We’ll be selling a mix of new and preloved clothing, some tasty goodies, and a handful of random bits-and-bobs we’ve collected along the way.

If you’d like to join us, here’s the link:
https://whatnot.com/invite/rhianoconnell
Using this referral link gives new WhatNot users £10 free to spend anywhere on the platform. You just cover postage, which is around £3-ish for a few items. Free cake + bargains = not the worst combo.

Full disclosure: we’ve never done one of these shows before, so there’s a 50/50 chance it ends in chaos. It’s been a while since Chris and I tried to work together without causing mild mayhem.

We appreciate your support more than you know. Even if you can’t join us tomorrow evening, a share to friends or family would mean the world.

We’re not asking for handouts — just offering a way for you to snag some goodies (maybe even free cake!) while helping us rebuild after the flood. 💛

Thoughts are with everyone dealing with the devastation from the flooding.
