Hello world! Just to let everyone know I have very limited spaces left. Before school on Monday, Thursday and Friday for one child. Or 7.30-12.30 or 7.30-2.45 on Mondays, 7.30-12.30 or 9.15-12.30 on Thursdays.

I currently have before school places available, and also a pre-school space on Tuesdays and Thursdays coming up next month. Contact me for details.

Good news! A whole host of childminders in aberdeen have accepted ELC contracts with aberdeen city council. We can now provide funded placements to 3 and 4 year olds (and some eligible 2's). Whether alone or in conjunction with a nursery place, this is a great step forward.
I have a couple of morning spaces available.on a thursday and friday. In addition still have a couple of before school spaces on a monday, tuesday, thursday and friday. After school space available tuesday, wednesday, thursday and friday.

Childminders form a big part of the delivery of funded Early Learning and Childcare (ELC) in Scotland.

All parents and carers of 3 and 4 year olds (and some 2yr olds), are entitled to flexible ELC to meet the needs of their children and family circumstances - so, it's completely their choice!

Parents - have you thought about a 'blended' model of ELC? this means your child receives a mix of providers, e.g. they spend part of the day with a childminder and part of the day with another a nursery or playgroup.

Blended childcare puts a clear focus on what is best for the child, and it's up to parents to choose what suits best.

Please share this message far and wide, to help inform parents and carers of their choices for funded ELC.
