I start my new working hours this week which means more time in the mornings. Time to roll out my mat. No fancy clothes, no fancy equipment. Just me, my body and my breath. I'm really looking forward to starting my classes again. Dates and times to follow. Happy September everyone.

My final week of travels. The Fife coast. Stayed in Pittenweem and went on daily adventures while my sis Val took part in the Art Festival, where she did amazingly well. Even managed a few shows at the Edinburgh Fringe. Ran with Fio on St Andrews Beach. What a great week. Back to reality now, I have got a couple of job interviews lined up for next week. It's time to polish my shoes and brush my hair 🤪 Wish me luck 🙃.

It's always hard to leave Findhorn. These are a few images of my my last couple of days. I've had an injury that's stopped me from running for 7 weeks, and now I'm back on track. The sights and sounds are always special here. Bye-bye Findhorn... hello Pittenween for my next adventure.
