My 12 Week Signature Program is a little different to what many others coach and teach.
If you are looking to lose weight - and keep that weight off, my one actually works.
Rather than spending hours in the gym & cutting out all the food that makes life worth living, what we will focus on is small habit change that will see great lasting results.
You see, every body is unique, and so is the approach we will take during your 12 week 10lb Lighter program.
There are 3 main pillars we will focus on to keep you moving in the right direction.
1st is Mindset - Because change begins in the mind. We will put in place stratgies that build confidence and lasting change.
2nd is Nutrition. Ever heard the phrase "You are What you Eat"? Its a huge misconception that people have to go on a diet, or cut out all the food they enjoy eating on a weight loss journey. Which is simply not true and the reason why diets never work anyways.
I will equip you with the straegies you need to enjoy cake & treats, dinner out with friends or family, and that glass of wine on a Friday night.
3rd is Movement. I get life is busy, and any weight loss jounrey should be spent worrying about time & getting to the gym. Equally I get that there is no one size fits all approcah, as we are all beautifully unique. As little as 10 minutes a day is enought to see you get great results. The movement will be tailored to your specific body and outcome you want to achive that will fit in around your busy schedule.

Have you ever had those days where you feel so uncomfortable? Nothing fit properly, and you just feel awful?
Gonna be super honest…. And say looking back on the pic on the right makes me feel super uncomfortable, and that’s not the worst one - believe me!
You see being pretty short all 5’4” tall… carrying a little extra weight is pretty uncomfortable.
As it is for most people, irrespective of height.
You see, I never used to have a good understanding of nutrition, never mind what it meant.
For me, a litre of Red Bull & 2 rowies everyday was the breakfast of champions 😬
For years, I was trapped in a cycle of restrictive eating and rapid weight fluctuations.
I’d go from a healthy normal weight to zero to near on a 14 😳
So you can imagine how disordered eating patterns became….
To the point I got really quite ill.
Just to go along with that Feeling deprived, constantly hungry & exhausted and frustrated with the lack of long-term results.
One day, I had a mindset shift. It was almost like a 💡 went on.
I realised that true health and weight loss isn't about extreme restrictions but rather about balance and listening to your body 🤩.
Having a shift in habits where mindful eating, regular movement, and balanced nutrition helped me find a sustainable path.
From then, never looked back.
This is why I now dedicate my time to coaching women to achieve the body they want without going on a diet or cutting out all the foods they enjoy eating.
You see weight loss doesn’t have to be tricky.
Nor is about perfection but progress.
It’s about Small, consistent changes can lead to big transformations.

Why am I sharing pics of a broken lid you might be wondering, well here is the story.
14yrs ago on this very day the outcome could have been … well very unpleasant. It could well have been the day I died.
It was a bright Sunday afternoon, so naturally I went out for a run on my bike 🏍.
I stopped in a wee town called Banchory, before heading back home as I had arranged to meet with some friends later that afternoon.
The run home proved almost fatal 😞, and I still get emotional to think about it.
What the car drivers witnessed - the guilt of that has never left me 😞.
I took a tank slapper at high speed and didn’t have the strength to ride through it.
I was catapulted 200ft off my bike into a roadside ditch.
You can see the severity of where and how my head hit the tarmac. My lid released and left my head.
On regaining consciousness, I became very aware something was very very wrong.
Panic, fear and adrenaline ran through my body.
I became aware of a group of people surrounding me, all traffic had stopped. I was so confused.
“Are you ok” the blurs were asking. I couldn’t answer, couldn’t physically speak - only to whisper “is my bike ok”
The ambulance came - I cannot tell you relived I was to hear those sirens in the distance.
But things were far from well.
I was rushed into A&E straight into High Dependancy. For all intense purposes I wasn’t gonna make it. The trauma on the body was just too intense.
My neck was broken, my right hand was shattered to bits, my left lung had collapsed.
They had to graft bone from my pelvis to rebuilt my hand with the extracted bone & titanium pins.
I stunned the surgeons and consultants as the night progressed as I began to pull through.
Turns out I was very lucky that day - 2 cars behind was an off duty paramedic. I was the first person to receive Fast Response.
For those persons I am eternally greatful.
3 months I lay in hospital on a spinal bed in recovery. On sunny days I would say to staff “fine day for the bike” they all used to look at me like I was mad 🤣🤣 - it was the bump to the head 🤣
Recovery was long and painful & will never forget the first time getting up & realising I had to learn to walk again.
And no-one talked about the mental part of such trauma. For months I struggled with flashbacks and PTSD. Sometimes still haunted by this.
But I did it!
Days got better & I became stronger and stronger.
And I was finally discharged.
It was a lot of hard work - but I got there.

It’s likely that you have to do something uncomfortable to fix it
Maybe it’s going under the knife, leaving a bad relationship, getting help with your business, admitting or addressing and illness.
Whatever you decide to do - do what is going to make you happy
It’s in YOUR power
You CAN overcome & ACHIEVE anything!
Even when it feels like you can’t

Have you ever noticed how easy it is to fall into the same routines every day?
Most of my adult life, I found myself stuck in a cycle of unhealthy eating habits and low energy levels.
I kept telling myself that I needed to make a change, but somehow, it felt too overwhelming to actually start.
Staying in my comfort zone felt so much easier, even though I knew it wasn't serving me very well.
What I realised is that weight loss doesn't have to be a monumental challenge.
It can actually be simple if we focus on changing just one or two habits at a time 🤩
The key is to recognise that our reluctance to change comes from fear of the unknown and the comfort we find in routines.
Once we understand this….. we can gently start to shift these habits.
So how can you jumpstart your weight loss journey?
By using this simple tool that helped me and countless others: The Habit Loop.
Identify the routine: Pick one habit you want to change. For example, snacking late at night.
Experiment with rewards: What do you really get from this habit? Is it comfort, relaxation, or just a distraction?
Isolate the cue: What triggers this habit? Is it boredom, stress, or a specific time of day?
Have a plan: Replace the old habit with a new, healthier one. For instance, if you snack when you're bored, try having herbal tea or a piece of fruit instead.
By focusing on small, manageable changes, you can gradually transform your habits and make weight loss a more attainable goal.
