Today we held a very special social event...a birthday party to celebrate Sir David Attenborough's 100th birthday.
We celebrated by learning a little bit about his life and work, and of course there was some birthday cake!
Classes were asked to design a birthday card or poster to celebrate his birthday. Everyone did an amazing job but we were delighted to announce Rooms 3, 4 and 14 as the winners. They recieved some seed bombs to plant.
Pupils have also received a pack of wildflower seeds to take home and plant 🌻🌸🌹🌷

A massive congratulations to Lynne and Alistair Moore, parents of one of our pupils, who ran the London Marathon to raise funds for CHAS, an amazing resource and source of support for so many of our families.

They raised an amazing £18,960 and we're delighted to share some pictures from them on the day!

We are excited to be piloting a brand new class for those with Additional Support Needs

Tough Monkees Stay and Play for Adventurers and Explorers is for those in P1-P6 who have additional support needs and may have difficulty following instructions, communicating with coaches or completing specific tasks. The class is designed to be taken part in with a parent or guardian, siblings also welcome.

A huge thanks to support from The Postcode Lottery via sported for providing support for these classes to take place.
