Free Brazilian jiu jitsu for teenagers in Aberdeen. BJJ is a great skill to have and the earlier you start, the better. Send this to someone who you want to train with.

Mondays will be a specific beginners session. On Wednesdays and Fridays, you’ll train in our Fundamentals classes, which will give you the chance to pair up with and learn from more experienced grapplers.

The block is designed to set you up to join the club from April (if you want to keep going) and access our full timetable.

It’s ideal for new starts, those with limited interest in jiu jitsu, or those who want to get back into the sport. Message us for more info and to sign up.

If you are new or have limited experience in jiu jitsu and are only available during the day, here’s your chance to train with us. We’ll put on this block if we get enough interest. Message us if you want in.

Shoutout to all of our team who have competed at and performed well at IBJJF European Championships.

Since 2000 we’ve had several athletes go and test their skills at some of the biggest competitions on the continent.

We reached another landmark at the 2026 gi Euros where became our first competitor (and the first Scottish grappler) to win a match in an adult black belt division - and he did it via submission.

Over the years, medals have been won in gi by (silver, purple, M1), (gold, purple, M2), (bronze, brown, M1), (silver, blue, M2), (gold, blue, M3), (silver, blue, adult).

No gi: (silver, purple, adult), (bronze, purple, adult), (gold, brown, M1), (silver, purple, M3).
