Murtle market will be a great addition to the food scene within our community - why not help them to secure funding by giving them your vote?
There's still time to vote!
Murtle Market is through to the public voting stage of the Just Transition Participatory Budgeting Fund.
We are hoping to buy an electric delivery van to support deliveries from our new social enterprise Murtle Market. The van is yet another important way for our young people to gain valuable work experience, supported by our staff. With construction on Murtle Market now underway, we can't wait to be able to deliver our organic, zero-waste produce to your door.
Securing an electric van will reduce our emissions by 4.5 tonnes, while creating vital skills development and work experience for young people with additional support needs.
We'd really appreciate your support.
