A wonderful weekend of training at the Aikido For Daily Life annual get-together in Derby. Our very own Steve Sensei from Deeside Aikido Club (opening next saturday!) gave the final session of Day 2; fewer in attendance compared to day 1, but there was some more great teaching from Adrian Sensei (Rusper Aikido Club) and our old pal Rob Sensei (Senshin Dojo 洗心道場 - Aikido in Glasgow)

Deeside Aikido Club Deeside Aikido Club is based in Banchory and is a martial arts club following the teachings of Morihei Ueshiba

Would you believe that we (the club) are 20 years old!? I'm just a little bit older... Time is relentless!

To celebrate our 20th, earlier in April we had a little Saturday session and went for a succulent Chinese meal after. During the session, we also had gradings for Leon (7th Kyu) and Sam (3rd Kyu) - both excellent performances!
