✔️ Take part in the “Build Your Way” workshop to understand how to stand out and move forward in your career
✔️ Map your technical and behavioural strengths using a capability tool
✔️ Connect with other students and graduates exploring similar career paths

By the end of the event, you’ll have a clearer understanding of your strengths, where you want to go, and practical actions to help you get there.

When Megan Wortman started her placement with International Medical Management in 2024, she did not think she would be giving an award acceptance speech in front of over 800 people.

That is exactly what Megan was doing on Friday 17th April at the Northern Star Business Awards 2026, where International Medical Management won the Student Placement award.

A placement that began in marketing and went on to give Megan hands-on experience across HR, finance, and operations.
