A huge well done to two of our players, Jesse and Muna, who attended a We Make Footballers Milton Keynes summer camp this week! 👏⚽

It’s fantastic to see our players continuing their football development, even while they’re away from home.

One of the best things about being part of the We Make Footballers family is that, wherever you are, there’s a great chance you’ll find another WMF academy ready to welcome and support your child’s football journey.

We’ve had players travel quite some way to attend our Summer Camps this year, with Jesse and Muna (who both attend We Make Footballers Aberdeen) holding the record … that’s until we found out that Anastasia and Josiah are from New York 👀😳✈️

It’s only right that we should point out that they are all visiting friends and family rather than travelling all that way just to attend our camp 🤣, but nevertheless it’s been great to see them all 👍⚽️😎

⚽️ What a fantastic day celebrating the World Cup Final at Aberdeen Sports Village! ⚽️

We were delighted to help co-host a day of FREE football fun for the local community, giving children the chance to enjoy the beautiful game in a fun, inclusive environment.

From football darts and target shooting challenges to small-sided matches, there was something for everyone, and it certainly got the kids excited ahead of tonight’s World Cup Final!

With football becoming increasingly expensive for many families, it was fantastic to be able to give something back to the community and provide an opportunity for children to play, smile and make memories completely free of charge.

A huge thank you to everyone who came along and made the day such a success.

Now all that’s left to say is… enjoy the World Cup Final tonight! 🌍⚽ Whoever you’re supporting, we hope it’s a game to remember!

What a week we’ve just had at our World Cup Camp! 🌍⚽

Not only did we get incredibly lucky with the weather, but we couldn’t have asked for a better week on the pitch!

A huge shoutout has to go to our coaching team, who went above and beyond to make this year’s camp feel truly World Cup themed. From our inflatable 3v3 World Cup tournament and football rounders to a variety of fun individual challenges, every day was packed with energy, excitement and plenty of smiles.

The atmosphere was incredible all week, with the Norwegian Row, “We’ve Got John McGinn”, “No Scotland, No Party” and, of course, “England’s Going Home” being sung from start to finish! 🎶😂

One of the biggest challenges at any camp is striking the right balance between fun and player development. We pride ourselves on delivering both, and that’s only possible because of the passion, creativity and dedication of our coaching team. Thank you all for another fantastic week.

Finally, a massive thank you to every child who attended. Your enthusiasm, effort and smiles made the week so special. We can’t wait to welcome you all back to our remaining camps this summer!
