Sensei John and Sensei George Jnr ran through all the Pinan Kata's & Khion Kata. Then Kumite Gata 1-10 before the Zoom session.

Thanks from all given to Sensei Kenny for having all on Zoom in the virtual dojo. Today covered Junior 1st Kyu basics, Kyuhon-me & Juppon-me 9&10 Ippon Kumite, Pinan Godan & Jion.

Covering some of the basics to warm up, followed by Renruka Waza with added techniques and finished off with Kata Pinan Yondan and Jion. Great to have train with us was Sensei John Oliver in Thailand and under the watchful eye of our Sensei George Grimes WKF 👊🥋 all on zoom. 良いレッスンをありがとう🙏

North East Scotland Wado-Ryu Karate this morning was a great session with Sensei Kenny Munro 6th Dan, packed with training on basics, Renraku, combinations, Kata, and pair work, with Sensei Fernie Perez training and our Sensei George Grimes 8th Dan Wado Karate Federation joining too.

Another great lesson today with Sensei Kenny Munro 6th Dan. Lessons covered basics Sando Junzuki, Sando Gyakuzuki. Demonstrations on Goshin Hou, covering Ai No Te-Dori, Gyaku No Te-Dori, and Ude-Dori. Kata, Pinan Yondan, Pinan Godan, and 1 to 10 Ippon Gumites.enjoyed training on zoom with Sensei John Oliver in Thailand and having with us our Sensei George Grimes 8th Dan... 🥋👊🙏😀

Yet another great training session at Dyce Dojo with Sensei Kenny Munro 6th Dan and students attending. Covered children's syllabus 7th Kyu and 3rd kyu. Adult session covered basics to warm up... Ippon gumite 1 through to 10 with some on application on pair work.
Dan grade Kumite gata 1 to 4 and Kihon Gumite 1 to 4, 6,7 and 9.
Kata tonight was Jion, Rohai, Chinto, Wanshu, Jite... a great selection and worthwhile practice... as Sensei George Grimes states 'practice makes perfection, but as long as its with perfect practice'
