How much are classes?
-They are 20 $ per hour. Payment is in advance

How can I pay for classes?
- Using Paypal, Pix in Brazil or a direct bank transfer to a UK bank

Can I cancel classes?
-Yes, let me know 5 hours in advance and the class will be replaced

Can you help me write my thesis or dissertation?
-Yes, I have worked with post-graduate students in a wide range of subjects from Economics to Medicine

Are the lessons online?
-Lessons are online using Skype, or in person

Can you come to my house?
-If you live within 20 Km I can come to you, but there will be additional charges for this

Can I do the lessons together with someone else or in a small group?
-Yes, but the payment must come from one person. The cost is the same.

Can you help me pass the IELTS and other University EFL exams?
-Yes, I have experience with teaching for IELTS and other University entrance exams

How much are books and teaching materials?
-I provide all materials free

What are your qualifications?
-I have the CTEFL RSA Teaching English as a Foreign Language Certificate. I have an M.A. from the University of Edinburgh

What’s your teaching method?
-I use the communicative method which emphasizes all four skills- speaking, listening, reading and writing. I use excellent coursebooks to help with grammar and vocabulary.

Can we do a trial lesson?
-Yes, the first lesson is free and there's no commitment.

Who are you?
-I grew up in Aberdeen in Scotland. I live in Brazil now. I’m 54. I studied painting at the University of Edinburgh in the 80s. I love art, books, cooking, travel and movies.

-Every day from 9 am to 22.00
