Myth of Minimalism

Some studies show that having too much stuff is the single biggest cause of stress at home. Yet based on experience, parting down too much actually might cause more anxiety than relief!!

Many of us want to live with fewer things but our belongings represent our memories, hopes and dreams. Does giving away that bike really mean I’ll never have the time to hit the road again! Does selling this keyboard mean I am admitting I’ll never be a musician?!

Some items are emotionally meaningful to us, even if they aren’t practical, they do bring us happiness. Minimizing and Tossing things out are now to me, hurtful!

Storing was a healthier behavior, temporarily living without some items knowing they are still there was more relieving than immediately letting go! It helped me reconsider and only move on when i felt ready. In a year or two, or in case of that keyboard never 😀!

Who can be more Nutty than us Nutty Einsteins going across ABZ for OWBBT on a rainy day 🌧 ☔️

Look in they eyes 👀, and you’ll see that something Earth shattering is about to happen! A sharp clap of thunder in the summer sky, a lightening bolt that electrified me and my daughter to our very cores!!
