*This is my before and current physique. Like everyone, I’m my own biggest critique, and still have work to do… but the hard work IS worth it.

Thank you for all the support so far, it’s not going unnoticed!

This post will be covering the different plans I will have available, and the suitability of each:

All plans will be individual, tailored and personalised to suit you.

I will be offering a discount on all plans, running until 1st September…

I will try keep these simple, however each plan will be very highly detailed.
Each client will need to fill out a questionnaire to allow for understanding of your goals, current habits, lifestyle etc, all very important factors which will impact your programme.

šŸ“Training Programme:
Ā£15 - 4 week course. (Ā£20 standard)

This plan will consist of physical work ONLY.
⁃Detailed training plans for each day.
⁃These will not be generic, but specific to you in order to push you towards your goals.
⁃Step by step guides to perfecting form and carrying out safe practice.
⁃This option is best suited to gym users, whether developing your confidence in the gym, or otherwise.
*Can be done using bodyweight exercises at home. However, to maximise potential a gym or weights recommended.

šŸ“Basic Nutrition Programme:
Ā£10 - 4 week course. (Ā£15 standard)

This plan will consist of basic structuring of nutrition plans ONLY.
⁃Simplifying MACROS required to meet your goals.
⁃Structuring your meals throughout the day, to benefit most from your nutrition.
⁃Each plan will be individual and specific to assist you, whether this be losing/gaining weight, or simply having a healthier diet.
⁃Perfect if you want to start hitting your goals without the exercise part! It’s not for everyone.

šŸ“Advanced Nutrition Programme:
Ā£25 - 4 week course. (Ā£30 standard)

This plan will provide you with meal plans / assistance for each day. Tailored to your goals.
⁃Daily meal plans, for all nutrition.
⁃Meals tailored to hit required daily intakes for each group of foods.
⁃Recipes provided.
⁃The most important thing is that this plan will adapt to fit in with your current lifestyle, made manageable. You will not be chucked on chicken and rice 7 days a week!
⁃Working around foods you enjoy, opening your eyes to new foods and habits.

šŸ“Advanced Training Programme:
Ā£25 - 4 week course. (Ā£30 standard)

This programme will combine the training and basic nutrition programme into one.
Consistent training is one thing, but is made so much more effective knowing your nutrition.

šŸ“1 -1 PT sessions:
Ā£15 - per session. (Ā£20 standard)

1 hour session, being put though your paces…
⁃Each session can be used however you desire. Whether this is gaining confidence in the gym, to helping you train with purpose to get more out of your sessions.
⁃Just turn up! Its that simple, the workout will be fully planned for you.
⁃No set gym, however will need to be discussed with client.

For those that don’t know me, I’m Jay…
Starting this with the aim to share my passion for health / fitness & overall self improvement from sport / nutrition with others. Whilst keeping it enjoyable and achievable.

Although this is a fresh start for me, I’m not 100% winging it….
Level 3 Qualified in Personal training & Nutrition & HND Qualified in Sports Coaching & Development.
