Hi Ladies-

Classes will be starting in the next 2 weeks.

I’m currently looking at

Monday 5-6 and possibly 6:15-7:15 depending on how many are interested

Wednesday 6-7 with option of second class again. I will get a poll up asap.

This will be a class purely for us women to get together get some fitness done and most importantly have a good laugh. Somewhere for women to go without feeling judged or under pressure. This is new to me too but I can’t wait to begin and get a good team of us ladies together. We’ve got quite a bit planned for these classes 😁 with a monthly UV fitness evening 🥳
