Happy Autumn.
I am holding an Introduction to Nordic Walking session. This Thursday 9th September. 6pm meeting at the Ynys carpark.

Due to a number of reasons, I have made the decision not to resume Nordic Walking until September.

I will be holding introduction sessions for anyone wanting to join our nordic walking sessions and also refresher sessions for my current nordic walkers.

Have a lovely summer and hope we have a good autumn Nordic Walking.

It looks like 26th April here in Wales for returning to outdoor exercise.
