Happy New Year to you all. Are you having the post-Christmas blues and need to make some changes and set new goals? Need to re-charge and face 2022 with a positive mindset?
If you are living in RCT and are Long term unemployed (over a year) or Economically Inactive ( e.g Single parent benefit, ESA, Carers allowance etc) then we have courses on offer that can boost your self esteem, raise confidence and motivation levels and help release your full potential.
Course can be delivered face to face in our centre in Aberdare or via ZOOM. PM me for more info. Courses are ESF Funded, so no cost to you as a participant.
