As a professional embroidery and printing business, I wanted to share a recent experience that highlights the importance of quality and attention to detail.

A customer came to us with a hoodie that had been printed elsewhere. Unfortunately, the print was peeling from the fabric, and the design was not had originally been requested. Not only was the logo incorrect but the colours were also different from the customers approved design, as shown in the images below.

This is a reminder that while cheaper options can sometimes seem appealing, they don't always provide the best value. In many cases, poor quality work can end up costing more to correct in the long run.

At Bargoed Branding, every customer receives a digital mock-up before production begins. This allows you to review and approve your design, ensuring the logo, colours and overall layout are exactly as expected. Any amendments can be made before printing or embroidery starts, avoiding costly mistakes and misunderstanding.

We were contacted about this issue on Friday and, despite needing to source a replacement hoodie, we completed the order by Monday. The customer was able to wear their new hoodie with confidence on Tuesday.

Quality, communication and customer satisfaction are at the heart of everything we do.
