LIP students had a taste of the famous « couronne des Rois » this week to celebrate the Epiphany and « les Rois Mages » (the Wise Men) !!! This « Kings’ crown » usually looks like a brioche in southern France and like an almonds stuffed pie in the North (frangipane.) They all liked it and Mary became our one-day queen as she found the «fève» (a broad-bean, traditionally, usually replaced by a commercial artifact representing any children’s fictional hero...) 😄
