We are delighted to welcome Keerthana Medarametla as a Non-Resident Fellow at Dhirubhai Ambani University - School of Law.

Keerthana is a distinguished legal professional with a rich background in law, research, and community engagement. She currently serves as Senior Curator at Agami, focusing on transforming India's dispute resolution ecosystem. Keerthana's journey in academics includes a BA.LLB from National Law University Delhi and an LL.M from Harvard Law School, where she explored the relationship between gender, law, criminal law and human rights, and socio-economic development. Her research work has been published in esteemed journals, including the Socio-Legal Review at National Law School University of India, Bangalore.

Reflecting on her new role, Keerthana shared, "Over the last few years, I’ve had the opportunity to engage with diverse students, innovators, and changemakers to explore possibilities for the field of law and justice. We’re at a critical inflection point where many of our ways of working will soon change. Looking forward to engaging with students and the university on these dimensions through this Fellowship!"

Prior to this, she led the 2022 edition of the Agami Prize, recognizing innovations in law and justice. Keerthana has also contributed to the field as a Senior Research Fellow at the Centre for Constitutional Law, Policy and Governance at NLU Delhi, leading research on processes and backlogs for undertrials and convicts charged under the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 (NDPS Act).

A distinguished member of the Indian Engineering Services (IES), Mr. Dubey currently serves as Deputy Director in the Military Engineer Services (MES), DRDO, Ministry of Defence, Govt. of India. With over a decade of experience handling high-profile infrastructure projects—including runways, multi-story buildings, and utility networks—he has played a crucial role in government arbitration and dispute resolution, saving millions in public funds.

On joining School of Law - Dhirubhai Ambani University, Mr. Dubey shared:
"I look forward to sharing my knowledge and experience in the field of construction law with my peers and young professionals, and to contribute to legal capacity-building which shall be a step towards the fulfillment of the vision of ."

Before joining MES, Mr. Dubey worked internationally with TENG Inc(USA) as a bridge design engineer, contributing to one of the world’s longest Tied Arch Bridges over the Mississippi River, and managing major expressway projects in Illinois and Michigan. His global expertise also extends to Hyundai Construction Company in Seoul, South Korea, making him one of the few professionals in India with construction law and dispute resolution experience across three jurisdictions—India, USA, and South Korea.

As a Non-Resident Fellow, Mr. Dubey will bring valuable insights into construction law, infrastructure dispute resolution, and public-private partnerships, contributing to the University’s thought leadership in legal education.

We are thrilled to welcome Ms. Vasanthika Srinath as a Non-Resident Fellow at Dhirubhai Ambani University - School of Law. With a legal experience of over 22 years, she brings a treasure of knowledge in corporate law, compliance, data protection and AI Law.

When asked what she hopes to contribute to the School of Law, she has said, "As a practitioner in the fields of Data Protection, AI and Tech Laws, I can’t wait to see how we can further bridge the gap between theory and practice, and collaborate to push the boundaries of research at the School of Law."

Starting her career in Mumbai and Bengaluru, she moved in-house to lead legal and compliance in major companies in the IT sector. As a general counsel of Minacs, she navigated their acquisition by Concentrix, where she later became the head of compliance. With the arrival of GDPR, she transitioned in the role of Data Protection Officer, ensuring global data privacy laws and leading efforts in ethical AI design and governance.

In 2023, she founded Kosmos Partners, bringing her expertise to a broader stage. She is also a Fellow of Information Privacy in the IAPP (International Association of Privacy Professionals), and has been a member of the Steering Committee of the In-House Council Expert Forum at the ACC (Association of Corporate Counsels), and the governing council of Foundation of Data Protection Professions in India.

A highly respected compliance specialist, he has served as Head of Compliance at One97 Communications (PayTM) and the New Development Bank, Shanghai. With a wealth of expertise in fintech policy & regulation, financial crime compliance, risk management, and digital banking, he is a thought leader at the intersection of law, technology, and economics. As a member of the policy working group of the Digital Currency Global Initiative (a collaboration between Stanford University and the International Telecommunication Union), his insights shape the evolving fintech regulatory landscape.
As a Non-Resident Senior Fellow, Dr. Yanamandra will bring valuable industry insights to our academic community, contribute to research efforts, steer industry-academia collaborations and offer us his expertise on regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies.

He is also a Fellow of the International Compliance Association (UK) and a recipient of the prestigious “CA Global Achiever Award 2019” from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

As a Partner of a leading Indian law firm’s London office, he spearheaded its UK operations, later joining a prominent British law firm to establish their India desk in London. His extensive experience in international M&A, commercial law, and cross-border regulatory frameworks has made him a trusted advisor for global corporations.

As an Honorary Professor, Mr. Mishra will bring invaluable insights into global legal practice, cross-border transactions, and international business strategy, enriching our academic community.
