Farewell to our 119 Online Winter Course students from 26 different countries who have been studying at TBS for the last 3 weeks!

“Art takes reality with with surprise

Auckland CBD is full of art, but Paul Walsh is my favourite! His 3D blends reality to give you a window to your own world or another!

He makes the most boring carparks and alleyways to someplace you want to visit.

Furthermore, with Auckland being the city of sails, much of his art in Auckland revolves around water. Like the dog underwater :)

His other political art is often compared to Banksy and he is known to be NZ’s Banksy. You can find his art in museums and murals around the city.

If you ever get to visit Auckland, definitely check out his artwork around the city, you can’t miss it! ”

Here is the Winning Photo of our third Photo Challenge “Culture by Food”!

It was taken by Violina, who made it herself, and here is what she has to say about it:
“This is actually inspired by a traditional Indonesian well-known sweets which is klepon, but I made it into cookies version. I bake this myself and I also sell it online (instagram : nyuguhi.id) for fun since I love baking and also cooking so much It is basically pandan flavored cookie with palm sugar & coconut inside and covered with coconut flakes! ”

But also more professional webinars on RSE, the Aviation Industry and a Career Coaching.
And finally, more discovery about France, because you enjoyed to learn about its gastronomy, now you will be able to learn about France and its history, but also the Do's and Don'ts about French business.

Here are the Winning Photos of our second Photo Challenge “The World Today”. It was tie, impossible to chose!!
They were taken by Soichiro and Pascale. Here is what they have to say about their picture:

Soichiro: “When I took the photo of Mount Fuji, It was really unusual to get covered by snow. Because this year we do not have much snow than last year. So I was very lucky to see it with snow. ”

Pascale: "I went downtown Quebec City to take some pictures. Old Quebec City is very popular and even more during summer. This place attracts tourists with entertainment shows, music, local shops, and restaurants. The first picture on the top left is a part of the Citadel of Quebec, an active military installation and the home of the monarch and the governor general of Canada. It is located on the top of Cap Diamant beside the Plains of Abraham. The Citadel is the oldest military building in Canada, and it is part of the fortifications in Quebec. Cap Diamant's strategic value was identified by Samuel de Champlain in 1608 that helps him found Quebec City. At the top right is the Parliament Building that receive the National Assembly. At the bottom right is near the entertainment shows are presented. The last one is the view on the the St-Laurent river. The winter landscapes in my region are simply magical. I thought it was important to share this breath of fresh air with you."

“Sunset on the bay of Valparaiso, Chile. Where once there was the most important port on the pacific coast of the american continent, the bay is now home to the most touristic cities in Chile: summery Viña del Mar and UNESCO World Heritage Valparaiso.”
